What is Sound Healing? It is using sounds with the intention of healing, based on the premise that we are vibrational beings, and so treating vibration with vibration makes sense. My preferred healing tool is the tuning fork, as it is a pure acoustic fork set at a specific frequency, and it entrains the body to this coherent frequency.
