Bunker Boys Podcast June 15th, 2023

We're back after a weekend where we thought LIV- PGA merger news would control the weekend, but Nick Taylor and Tommy Fleetwood steal the show. In an epic four hole playoff at the RBC Canadian open the two delivered on top of what was already an amazing weekend. We break it all down for you guys before shifting over to the US Open. As always we give you our fantasy and Ca$hout picks, and we discuss how we think LIV golfers will do in their third matchup against PGA players. After the PGA tour we shift to the JWS tour and talk about the battle for the Golden Jackwagon cup this past weekend. Bunker Boys Podcast June 7th, 2023

What was supposed to be a calm week before the US Open has turned into potentially the most tumultuous week in golf history. Early Tuesday morning the news broke that the #PGATour and #LIVGolf tour have merged under the Saudi PIF. So Slade and George are here to talk about the shock and awe of it all, what we think and hope will come from it, as well as what the limited information that has come out means. Of course we get back to our regularly scheduled programming as we review Viktor Hovland’s huge win at the Memorial Tournament this past weekend and go through the motions of getting you ready for the RBC Canadian open with our fantasy and Ca$hout picks. Lastly we talk for the final time about our preparations for the battle of the JWS Golden Cup this weekend at Flatbush Golf Course as George and Nick try to wrestle the trophy away from 2-Time winner Slade. We wrap up the show by doing our blind top 5 on the Worst/Most annoying golf podcasts, us included, so make sure you check it all out and let us know what you think!

A reunion is in order as Nick finally rejoins Slade and George to talk golf. We break down Emiliano Grillo's huge win at the Charles Schwab Challenge in a playoff over Adam Schenk. We also touch base on Michael Block after a rough outing at Colonial and how his public perception has changed after some comments he made on a podcast last week. Then as always we get you ready for this weeks elevated event at the Memorial Tournament at Jack's Place in Dublin Ohio with fantasy and ca$hout picks. Lastly in Growing our Game we update you on month of May results for our golf challenge and we introduce a new segment: The Blind Top 5 where we have to rank 5 things without knowing what comes next, this week its golf moments.

The PGA Championship lived up to the hype as Brooksie wins his 5th major and Michael Block shines as the Cinderella story every golfer can get behind. We talk all about it as well as doing our best to get you ready for the Charles Schwab Challenge this weekend with our fantasy and betting picks. In growing our game, the Jack Wagon Sports Golden Cup battle is coming up in a few short weeks and what we think our scores will be. Lastly we learned what a “Birdie Bottle” is so Slade and George talk about what they would pick as their bottles. We can't wait to see you guys again next week!
