How is your thought life? Do you often find yourself at a loss of control bordering the line of worst-case scenario and panic? Is there a way to stop spiraling in its tracks? New to some, and a reminder for others, we are called to be the gatekeeper of our minds. By the fruit of self-control, we are no longer bound by unhealthy thinking nor are we left with numbing and distractions as our fix. Peace is contingent upon us reframing our spiraling thoughts with spiritual truths. The work is on us and in us! Scripture referenced: Philippians 4:8, Colossians 3:2 and 1 Peter 1:13 if you'd like to follow along! Music: Abide with Me x Indelible Grace **I do not own the copyrights to this music**

Appointed, Anointed, Accepted

When was the last time you experienced rejection? How did it make you feel? More so, did it change the way you viewed yourself? Whether it be from a person, job, school, or parent, being told "no" almost always feels personal. We are tempted to do a complete makeover of who we are to fit the mold of who we think we should become. Though growth is good, despising ourselves is not. The bible tells us that we are forever chosen and loved by Jesus. His sacrifice on the cross is more than enough evidence to prove that we are validated where we are right now. It's time for us to exchange worldly lens with spiritual ones. Rejection by this world is divine redirection by God.
