Today I share a bit about what it means to go on a journey of improving your mental wellness. Mental wellness is also tied to emotional wellness. Both require a practice of self study and observation. It's not your fault if you are not currently doing this practice because there are many suggestions, hidden or otherwise to discourage you from taking your wellness into your own capable hands. I did exactly that and the results changed my life forever going forward.
