In the past six months, life threw a lot at me, and by September, I was feeling constantly tired and drained. I could barely muster the energy to get through my work, let alone anything else. I thought I might be dealing with burnout or even depression. However, after speaking with friends, I realized there was more going on—it was a hormonal imbalance.
