It's day two of the Missouri State High School Activities Association State Track and Field State Championships for Classes 1, 2 and 3 at Adkins Stadium. Blair Oaks Track Coach Nathan Holtmeyer starts our show. The Helias Lady Crusaders play for a district soccer title today. We head to Pacific, Missouri to talk with Helias Coach Jon DeSha. The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons will host a district soccer semi-final game today and we get a preview from Coach Joren Trimble. Earlier this week, the Capital City Lady Cavaliers won their first ever district title in girls soccer. Coach Kelsey Hile joins us on the KWOS Coaches Show.

It's the start of district soccer and baseball for Capital City and Helias. Joining us to start the show is Capital City Lady Cavaliers Coach Kelsey Hile and Helias Crusaders Baseball Coach Garrett Wiggans. In the second half-hour, local author and historian Bob Priddy talks about the history of the Indianapolis 500. It's the Central Missouri Activities Conference Track and Field Championships today at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City. Helias Track Coach Phil Pitts starts our program. Four wins in four days for the Blair Oaks Lady Falcons soccer team as they defeated Smithton yesterday in the Show-Me Shootout. Coach Joren Trimble talks about the week that included three shutouts in four games for the Lady Falcons. Today is the second day of the Helias Shootout in soccer. Last night, Coach Jon DeSha's team picked up a big win over Columbia Rock Bridge and he joins us to talk about that game and the season so far. Capital City High School recently hired some new coaches for next school year. We get an update from Activities Director Robert Ndessokia on the KWOS Coaches Show.
