Reflection

I want to take the time to thank each and every one of you for your support and being on this journey with me. It's been a GREAT year and I'm beyond grateful for every experience I had. With that being said, in this episode I go into more personal details of what I delt with this year and how I'm navigating it now. Back to the basics

I think often times we start comparing ourselves to others and think were falling behind or not reaching a certain standard. I'm here to remind you to stop comparing yourself to others.
