A few common myths are busted and as always, mum dishes out key pieces of advice on how to look after you and stay in the know about STI's.

It's a minefield isn't it. Pills, injections, coils... what's the best option? Unfortunately mum can't give you all 121 consultation's (although she'd love to, genuinely), but we use this episode to talk through common questions and of course laugh inappropriately at all things baby & STI stopping.
