I always thought there was something wrong with me or that I was ungrateful. But then, I had two distinct experiences in which I realized that I knew exactly what gratitude was. That feeling was and will always be specific to me - and so will yours. Today I talk about finding your own version of gratitude and storing it away for safe-keeping, so that you can use it in those moments, when you need a little pick-me-up.

Weekly Lesson #4: Make whatever you're doing your own

It can be easy to follow someone else’s path when we’ve seen it work out so well for them. This is what I did in both my business and relationship – I followed someone else’s path. But it wasn’t the greatest experience for me. Today, I talk about why I dropped following someone else’s strategy, and how I learnt to make whatever I was doing my own. Learning to bring our own personal uniqueness to the forefront of everything we do will not only make our experience so much more enjoyable, but it will also give us the best results possible.
