Welcome back to Life After Last Call! This week, I discuss a challenge I gave to 31,000+ ecommerce business owners: to film a 60-second pitch and be the face of their brand. Despite the clear benefits for their business, only five people participated, highlighting a common struggle with being camera shy and the fear that often accompanies it. This reluctance often stems from impostor syndrome, preventing many from building the confidence needed to truly connect with their audience. It's a prime example of how crucial it is to face these anxieties head-on for personal and professional development.
