I was the girl who hated gym class and took like 15 minutes to "run" the mile,  and now people ask me how I motivate myself to get to the gym every day. I never thought I'd like my body after having kids, or be able to eat cake without feeling bad, or stop yo-yo-ing up and down in weight. I never thought I'd just feel consistently proud and confident with the way I looked. Over the last 3+ years, I've finally figured out how to stay in shape.
