Her journey is beautiful, full of passion, and one that needs to be shared. Justine Tregloan is a communications project manager by day and an Ayurveda lifestyle guide, Reiki healer, and yoga teacher outside of work. Creativity is more than the arts. It's in how we live our lives, how we play, how we gather and increase in knowledge. Creativity is in the science and math skills, its in analytical and logical thinking, its in solving problems. It's in the arts, yes--dancing, drawing, writing, music. You don't have to be perfect to be creative. You just need to create and have joy. You need to have curiosity and take action.
