This week we are joined by Sydney Swans ruckman, Callum Sinclair. Training at Lift during his 2019-2020 off-season, Callum kindly agreed to sit down and chat about weight training for footy, injury rehab and competition mindset. We also spoke about his early athletic career and his dealings with some significant adversity before being selected to play at the highest level.
