Alabama Requires a Permit For Bass Tournaments

Representative Criag Lipscomb has been talking with the Alabama Marine Police about the increase in permit activity after the boating accident on Smith Lake.  Tournament fishermen feel "under attack" even though this permit has been in place for years. The main reason they feel under attack is due to lack of enforcement.  Rep.
