As the founder of ACE Events, Angela works with speakers, authors, coaches, and thought leaders across the country to create experiences that feel powerful, polished, and profitable without the chaos and overwhelm that often happen behind the scenes.   Beyond her work in production, Angela is deeply committed to community impact and philanthropy. She has helped raise more than $160,000 for nonprofits, supported organizations serving foster children and families in need, expanded access to mental health services, and currently serves as Board Chair of 100 Women Who Care Southern Nevada, continuing her mission of connecting generous people with organizations creating meaningful change in their communities. Now based in Las Vegas, Angela believes events have the power to transform lives, build connection, and create lasting change

Dr. Richard Samuels: The Mind Behind Justice

Dr. Richard M. Samuels is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and New Jersey with nearly five decades of experience in clinical and forensic psychology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biopsychology from the City University of New York (1973), an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University (1967), and a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra (1965). He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Human Sexuality at New Jersey Medical School (1974–1975). Dr. Samuels is board-certified in multiple specialties, including Clinical Psychology (ABPP), Forensic Psychology (ABPS), and Forensic Medicine (AAFM). He has conducted more than 2,300 psychological evaluations, including approximately 850 psychosexual risk assessments and Sexually Violent Person (SVP) evaluations. His work includes court-ordered evaluations, competency and restoration assessments, and PTSD evaluations. He has testified in Arizona, New Jersey, New York, and other states. In addition to forensic practice, Dr. Samuels has served on professional panels for the Arizona Supreme Court and county courts, and he is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. He has provided continuing education in forensic psychology, contributed to editorial boards, and authored columns in psychology and law publications. His experience includes independent practice, corporate leadership, and expert testimony in both civil and criminal matters.

Beyond her military accomplishments, Latonya has shined on stages across the country, earning numerous pageant titles including Ms. Santa Clarita Valley 2010, Ms. New Orleans 2012, Ms. Louisiana State 2013, Mrs. Santa Clarita Valley Royal Duchess 2017, Ms. Freedom Women USA 2019, and most recently, Mrs. Classic Universe Louisiana 2025. These achievements reflect her confidence, poise, and commitment to inspiring women to embrace their power at every stage of life.
