Members Reviews: Loads of laughs, a great cozy on water I enjoyed this book so much that I had to jump at the chance to listen to it. Nicky and Noah are college professors and always getting into trouble solving a mystery ( think Nancy Drew or Hardy boys toss in lots of humor some sweet man-love and you have a great story to make you laugh and brighten your day.) There are lots of quirky characters, twists and turns I never figure out the murderer. I am on the fence about the narration in this one though. I didn't really like Noah's voice he sounded like a young kid or too girly and one of the women sounded too butch. I think if the two voices had been switched the narration would have been perfect. (yes I know Noah is gay and flamboyant but the voice just didn't work for me.) Zany mystery with a heart Another fun book in the series! We follow the third adventure of now-fiances Nicky and Noah as they direct a murder mystery show on a cruise ship, and life imitates art as actors start dropping like flies. Joe Cosentino has not only crafted a fascinating murder mystery with twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the end, but also a laugh riot and a side of romance. Cosentino has a unique style that is different than anything else I have read. The book is full of hysterical one-liners, quirky characters, and off-beat situations, really pushing the envelope, yet never becoming cartoon-ish. The funniest parts are with Nicky and Noah's parents, who have surprised them by booking passage on the cruise. This is a great third book in the series. Brad Enright does a great job at bringing the characters to life and moving the story along. Laugh out loud mystery! If you could sum up Drama Cruise in three words, what would they be? hysterical, intriguing, passionate Who was your favorite character and why? Of course Nicky, the MC. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is so passionate about everything he does -- from his directing, to his love for his husband, to his dedication to solving the murders. Have you listened to any of Brad Enrights other performances before? How does this one compare? No. This is the first book I have heard. He did a great job in delineating the different characters and moving the story along. Any additional comments? Joe Cosentino has me rolling on the floor with his zany, witty, and unexpected humor, yet he writes fascinating characters and an intriguing mystery plot that keeps you guessing until the end. Stupid and somewhat offensive This mystery is simpler and uses more stereotypes than its predecessors.

Members Reviews: an absolute joy, from start to finish. Nicole Cushing is a delight, her imagination kicks open the doors that other writers, no matter how subversive, leave locked. The reader is perfect, she matches the tone beautifully so that the unknowing listener has absolutely no idea the thrills that await in this gorgeously twisted tale. Highly recommended for those of a stronger disposition... fans of De Sade and Lautremont take heed. Hoping for a sexy supernatural story but... What I got was grotesque horror. I am sorry I finished it. Not for me. Wonderful Experience! If you could sum up The Sadist's Bible in three words, what would they be? dark, sinful, BDSM What did you like best about this story? It started fast and never slowed down. You wanted to know where this rabbit hole went. And when you got there you were NOT disappointed. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting? YES!! Any additional comments? I read the novella first and had to get the audio when it came out. Julia Duval's voice adds another element to the storytelling that kept me engaged though I knew where it was going.

They both have merit in equal measure. In either format this book delivers a true sense of what humans are capable of. What was one of the most memorable moments of A Perception of Sin? The Liberation of Belson stands out for me, as a literary masterpiece bringing out the horror of the event so much so it has stayed with me for days. Which scene did you most enjoy? Melonie's story Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting? Yes, it takes it's time to gather momentum but after a certain point I couldn't stop listening. Unputdownable!! One of the best books I've listened to all year! An amazing book from start to finish! captivating This book has taken over my life from car journeys to doing the washing up just couldn't stop listening to it! Juliet Cromwell takes you on a truly emotional ride from little neb the dog that nobody wanted to Edward dealing with the horrific sights at bergen belsen. I would recommend this book to everyone! Enthralling What a true gem of a book I found here, by chance too, it appeared in a search that actually bore no relevance to the book however, the twists, turns and flow of this book kept me engaged and wanting to know more. I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
