Hi fam! I wanted to take a moment to talk about what the gym has been like for me the past few years, particularly in recovery from disordered eating. EDs are unfortunately too common, but even when recovered, it's sometimes tricky to understand the role of fitness and movement in our lives. In this episode, I share some reminders and tips for people new to or returning to the gym, and some ideas for becoming more confident in your time at the gym.
