4 Interpreting Our Position

With David, the circumstances that followed after he heard Samuel's declaration didn't seem to match. God is the only one who can actually see the big picture and ALL of our circumstances. And He is waiting to comfort us in all those circumstances.

3 Listening As Circumstances Linger

Samuel did not recognize the voice of the Lord at first. Sometimes we must keep listening even while the circumstances grow more serious. Simeon waited until the end of his life to hear an answer for his prayer. He decided it had been worth the wait!

2 Should God explain Himself first?

Do we expect God to explain Himself before we believe He can handle the circumstances we are going through? Do we need knowledge and understanding? Or do we need to trust the Lord and rest in his hands?
