Following Faithfully: We Are Not Done Yet

Joshua 13:1-7. Many would say that 13-24 are the boring parts of Joshua. Romans 15:4 says "For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope." God has a purpose even through the "boring" parts. Here, Joshua is older and yet his mission was not done yet. We may be older, tired, or not feeling useful, but God is not done with us yet. Pastor Kyle takes us through this beginning of the fulfilled promise.

Joshua 12 is one of those chapters that when you see it, you tend to either skim over it or skip it all together due to the list. Pastor Kyle takes us through the conclusion of Joshua 11. In this passage, God is bringing it all together: the southern and northern battles. In doing this, God is showing His faithfulness in completing what He started many years prior to this. Because of this, we can trust God in His word, His truth, and His presence. And at the end of it all, we can look back and say "Oh, that's what You were doing".
