EPISODE NOTES My first podcast episode :D "What am I thinking about today?"- an unscripted talk about my thoughts, feelings, and ideas as I, day by day, become the best version I can be to myself and others. In this first episode, I talk about cleaning my home and feeling guilty of taking a rest. I talk about how I need to counter the belief that productivity is more valuable than rest. I think about incorporating a dedicated time of the day for dance, movement, fun, and rest. Without rest, we do not have the strength needed to create a better world.
