welcome back to Meditation Mondays. this meditation will talk about preparing yourself before stepping into your purpose. there are several things that will go through your mind and self-doubt may be one of them, but you can overcome this fear and walk confidently into one of your best seasons.

meditation mondays - remaining persistent

this meditation is special because it marks the one-year anniversary of Reopho R.O.S.E. on March 20th, Reopho R.O.S.E. officially turned ONE! it has been a wonderful journey, but it has not been easy. I needed to remain persistent and push through the obstacles of my own life to give you guys the best meditations I possibly could. so for this meditation, we will focus on how to remain persistent even when things get tough.

this week, we will focus on remaining patient in times of uncertainty. it’s very hard to accept that what you want won’t happen exactly when you want it to, but it’s important to remember that things happen when they are supposed to. whether we like it or not. we will explore how to remain patient in situations where we would like to be in control.

this week, we will focus on releasing expectations in order to accept reality. sometimes our reality is better than we expected and our expectations are confining us. we will explore how to plan but also accept differences as they come.

this week, we will focus on shifting your mindset out of rest mode. regardless of the length, a break can take us so far away from work that when it’s time to return, we feel groggy and unmotivated. we will explore how to prepare yourself for work after taking a long pause.
