This meditation is potent when you need to calm down and relax, and when you have trials and tribulations in your life that have been weighing heavily on your mind and heart. This is good for pregame, postgame, or off-days. It starts with rhythmic breathing to calm your nervous system. Then a body scan helps us release tension and become present. Lastly, we end with scripture James 1: 2-3 and reflect on Faith and Joy. Enjoy!
