In this short MoMento 24-7 reflection, we explore forgiveness as a form of nervous system release. You will pause, breathe slowly, and notice what happens inside when an old hurt comes to mind. Instead of forcing yourself to “let it go,” you will simply observe tension, thoughts, and emotions with steadiness. We will reflect on everyday situations where resentment builds, and how the body carries it over time. This practice can reduce stress by making space between the story and the feeling. A small moment of release can shift the whole day.
