Conversations with the inner critic

The power of saying "No"

In this episode, I talk about the power of saying "No"... Why this word is so important yet so difficult to use, and how it changed my life. Also,  I talk about the book the Dip (by Seth Godin) and how winners use strategic quitting as a tool to realign with the things that matter.
