All things inspiration, motivation, creativity, attention, focus, memory, relationships, intuition, and passion will be talked about right here. Listen and learn to balance your inner conflict, activate your motivation, engage with your intuition, and feel how your health and well-being improve. The very first conversation with a guest on More For Your Mind!!! Dalencia Ross, a confidence and clarity mindset coach, joins today to talk about confidence. We have an energizing, authentic conversation about the myths of confidence, what we feel it actually is, how our mindset gets in our own way and how we can change our perception to get on a clear path to feeling more confident starting right now. If you're feeling like you want to feel more confident, listen and you'll leave with more for your mind.

No one knows what you want and need better than yourself. Today is all about the importance of advocating for yourself - the feelings you have when you try to be yourself, how to speak up for what you want and need, and why this is crucial to your life as you change and as your relationships change. You'll leave with more about why speaking up for something as small as a mistaken order at a restaurant can lead to happiness and a strong sense of self-trust.

You have thousands of thoughts a day...how many of those do you think are positive? How many of those thoughts serve the life and the version of yourself you strive for? You've been moving around and shuffling the cluttered thoughts in your mind for far too long. The negative worries, fears, and stressful thoughts have been repetative thoughts in your mind for days, months, and years...so it's time to de-clutter. In this episode, JQ discusses what a minimalist mindset looks like, why you need to think about the thoughts you're having, and two practices for having a more minimalist mindset for your better health and well-being.

Are you hard on yourself when you mess up or when you're struggling? Isn't it easier to comfort someone else with support and compassion during their struggle...than it is to comfort yourself? You're not alone in feeling like this. Self-compassion has amazing benefits for our well-being, and through understanding the role of common humanity, mindfulness, and self-kindness, you can learn to cultivate a supportive inner dialogue that shows you compassion and helps you stand up again when you fall down.

Quarantine, social distancing, and new protocols that are in place for our physical health may have lasting impact on our social health. I have some thoughts and lessons about how society may change with this "new normal" and want to provide an alternate perspective for you. Think about how trust, communication, and connections may be impacted in your life because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
