Recovery From Kratom

Welcome Back, Navigators! Jeff & Ryan speak with Mike & Tony, both in recovery from Kratom.  Our guests share their personal experiences with Kratom, recovery, and more!  What is Kratom? Kratom is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia, whose leaves are used for their psychoactive properties and can be consumed in various forms, such as tea or capsules. It is often used to self-treat conditions like pain and anxiety, but its safety and efficacy are unclear, and it has potential for dependence and addiction. What is Cross-Addiction?  Cross addiction is when a person develops a new addiction after recovering from a previous one, often substituting one harmful substance or behavior for another.
