Island Dreams: A Trailer to Our Life's Odyssey

We are a husband and wife duo who are excited to pull back the curtains and dive into some unscripted conversations all about the unconventional decisions we've made to get to where we are today! Where are we? We are living out one of our wildest dreams on the island of Oahu. We (Lou and Yesenia) are attorneys by trade, and entrepreneurs by passion. We took the road less traveled when we decided to quit our 9-5s and open a law firm. That was the first of many unconventional decisions we made. With three boys at home, homeschooling seems like the obvious choice, right? You'd be surprised how much more freedom we have because of our decision to have our boys with us more than not. A little over a year ago we closed down our law firm, sold our house, packed our belongings and moved to the island of Oahu. We left behind a fast paced life in hopes of trading it in for slow-living and connection. But in doing so we also left behind our families.
