In this first episode, your host, Sirena, M.A.C discusses the various ways in which we humans torture ourselves with unhelpful thoughts that in the end are hurtful and manipulative to our emotional wellbeing. Various ways one can challenge these unhelpful thoughts and can instead begin shaping more realistic and positive thoughts are shared stemming from modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
