One of the best things about customer experience is that we can all relate whether we are experts at service or not because we are all customers of some sort to someone else. So, the golden rule is treat your customers the way you want to be treated as a customer. Better still, treat them the way they want to be treated...with respect, honor and dignity. They are important!
