I think a lot of us imagined our 30s would look a certain way. Stable career. Clear direction. Confidence. Maybe even feeling like we finally have life figured out. But for many of us, our 30s actually bring something else entirely: an identity shift. In this episode, I talk about the strange transition that happens when you start outgrowing old versions of yourself ,your old mindset, your old priorities, even parts of your personality. It's confusing, uncomfortable, and sometimes even funny. But it might also be the beginning of becoming the person you're really meant to be.
