Episode 2. Gustavo Fernandez

A day late or two late (I’m my own boss on this, so I’ll just have to write myself up about my time-management skills,) but a good one. This is an interview with my friend Gustavo, who grew up in Queens and is now living in Peru. We talk about food and cooking, and then a good amount about his history and “rock and roll days.” I met Gustavo when he and his family stayed at my house for a few days on their way out of the country. Jonathan Wu, pt. 1

First Episode! Holy crap! This here is the first of two parts of an interview with my friend Jonathan Wu, chef and owner of Fung Tu on the lower east side.
