In this episode, we will get into the depths of one of the topics that it can be consider as 'taboo' nowadays, I'm talking about the "Mental Health" in general, but mostly focused on the men's mental health, since, recently, is a topic that has gotten certain comments, for good or bad. And, to be honest, mental health's been one of the few delicated topics to talk about, due to our growin' up experiences, seeing that we all don't have the same path or road. Either way, we have to take care of it. If you, a friend, some one you know or a member of your family, is going through something delicate or some rough time, don't leave him/her alone, bring him/her a shoulder to vent, it's not necessary that you say something back if it's not asked, just be for him/her.
