The Joy of Forgiveness

"In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back" (Isaiah 38:17). "How joyful is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered! How joyful is a person whom the Lord does not charge with iniquity" (Psalm 32:1-2).

The Key To God's Treasure

"He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure" (Isaiah 33:6).

King Jesus' Governance Policies

The fourth chapter of the Old Testament book of Micah, gives four beautiful characteristics of the soon-coming Kingdom of God. The nations will be taught by God, they will be judged by God, and they will enjoy peace and prosperity. "They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore" (Micah 4:3).

Pray As If Your Life Depended On It!

"Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again, he prayed, and the heavens gave rain and the earth produced it's crops" (James 5:17)
