4 Way To Show Respect To Your Wife

Respect is about feeling seen. When we feel seen, we feel valued and respected. I'll give you a few simple practices you can implement today that will help your wife or partner feel respected.

Can you be too nice?

If you find yourself consistently feeling unappreciated, it's most likely because of the way you've set up your relationship. Nice guys set up covert contracts, lie about how they're feeling, and overextend themselves as a way to earn respect and appreciation. If that doesn't work, they can start to feel resentful, frustrated, and confused. I'll talk about how this works and give you some new ways to break out of the "fake nice" pattern.
