Bill Mott is an event technologist expert that started his own company right before the Covid pandemic hit the US. He shares with us the challenges with talent shortage in the event and technology industry and how the market is hot for remote-first workers now. "Distance yourself from negative thoughts. Bill Mott has worked in the event streaming and production industry for 15 years. He led the streaming departments for both Freeman and PSAV, producing virtual and hybrid events for thousands of organizations and Fortune 500 companies. In 2019, Bill founded Falcon Events, an event streaming solutions company. Bill and his team provide end-to-end solutions for producing successful online events that generate ROI – including digital production, platform management, and creative services. Bill resides in Dallas with his wife and 2 children; he holds a master’s degree in RTVF from the University of North Texas and a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting from Texas Tech University.
