Beschrijving

Hike with me through the fall-colored woods of Millbrook Mountain in Minnewaska State Park. Tonight, we’ll discover a fiery foliage landscape filled with bright orange, red, and yellow colored trees, nature so rich that it moves us to the cliffs of what lies beyond the physical realm. A reminder of our connection to the rhythmic transitions of the seasons, we too move through our own inner seasons. The spirit of autumn asks us to take delight in the fruits of our labor and then to move inward. Sometimes we fear the feeling of change, the letting go of our sun-kissed summer, and the time to retreat inwards. But as is necessary in nature, we too must enter the depths of our fall harvest to prepare for the winter ahead and the new life to come in spring. Get cozy under your covers, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, and let your mind drift with me as our fall hike begins.
