In today's hatha class, we start out slow with deep breathing, staying grounded while stretching out the neck and shoulders, then flow into a class that is suitable for all levels and conclude with savasana. Recommended props (not necessary, but helpful): two blocks and a blanket. The flow focuses on mindful transitions, building postures from the ground up for safe alignment, strengthening, and balance throughout the whole body. Join our next live, online class!
