In this episode I'm coming in with accepting sometimes feeling low energy, clearer mind = uncertainty, less confidence in reflection over the course of several weeks trying to record as time went on as I took a break from the podcast. OK well, not everything everything, i'm still rolling in the deep waves, but one thing is certain - I AM RILEY, and I am a SURVIVOR. I'm also a hot mess. But this present day, I woke up thinking - bless this hot mess. And bless yours too. Lots of vulnerable expression filled in this one! I'm ready to be heard. ahh let's dive in, my story is just unfolding and is still being written as I type this. Self discovery, acceptance, and forgiveness is indeed not a linear process. No matter how much time has passed. We are all doing the best we can in overcoming our individual pain, and that is enough. You are enough. Sending healing love & light in this episode.
