2026 CrossFit Open: What did we learn?
Was it the best Open ever? Nope. Was it the worst Open ever? Nope. What did we really test? Was it awesome for the 75% that didn't advance? Maybe. Was it awesome for the top athletes in the world? Sure, but they will always separate themselves, easily. Everyone will have their own opinions, that is ok.....as long as you paid to participate. The best question to ask is what did you learn about your fitness? Your programming and how to better serve your community or athletes or yourself with your training?

Athletes need to exhibit high levels of self awareness if they want to succeed late here! Take this on RX first if you don't think you can do one of the movements and you may surprise yourself!
