Rise & Realign: Conversations for the Sensitive Soul
Last week in Episode 36 we explored Quantum Sensitivity as reclaiming your rhythm from inherited patterns. This week the spiral turns even more deeply inward. I'm recording from Gunnison, Colorado, where fires have impacted air quality and my sensitive body has been sending clear signals to depart for realignment. I share how this moment mirrors the teachings I offer: tuning into our sensory intelligence, honoring the voice of protection, and returning again and again to the simple practice of taking a break and breathing love. In this conversation I reflect on quantum sensitivity as the multidimensional intelligence that bridges the high sensitivity trait with the living sea of consciousness, made of energy, light, frequency, and waves of information.
