Often times we find ourselves holding a specific moment in our minds at 3AM, wishing it never happened and cringing at the sheer embarrassment. We continue to let it weigh down our minds, until we are paralysed and unable to think about anything else. But the only reason we do this is because of how we believe we are being judged in other people’s perception.
