EPISODE 001 - DAWN PORTAL This sound journey was created with the intention to help listeners let go of what no longer serves them. Music affects the human body at the physiological level. This is explained by the fact that the nervous system, and subsequently the muscles, are able to perceive and assimilate rhythm. Sounds play the role of a rhythmic stimulus that has a stimulating effect on the internal processes occurring in the body. Each of the physiological processes - the autonomic nervous system - has its own rhythm. At the same time, the rhythms of individual organs and systems must be proportionate, interconnected, coordinated, then the entire "orchestra" [the body] will play harmoniously.
