There is nothing I find less appealing than an IPA. Truly, I assume people are lying to me when they say they like them. This week, I found two HUGE fans of IPAs who think they can change my mind and make IPA my new favorite drink. Their contenders? Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA (60 IBU, 6.0%), Heavy Seas TropiCannon (45 IBU, 7.25%), and Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing (35 IBU, 6.7%)Will they succeed!?
