In this episode, we speak with world champion Danielle Brown MBE about her journey into, and unexpectedly out of, the Paralympics. Danielle lives with Regional Pain Syndrome, a neurological condition that leaves her with chronic pain 24/7. She talks about living with this disability as well as the misrepresentation of the word, navigating womanhood and changing careers. We touch on the 'disability movement' and moving away from the obsession with there always being a cure, and delve into the community of the paralympic village.
