In this episode we delve into a still under discussed issue in the fitness industry; that of ones relationship with food. This impacts everyones health and fitness goals in some way and a lot of mainstream fitness culture and media can reinforce disordered eating patterns and move people away from feeling their best. I explore my personal experience with disordered eating, how I escaped and some things I encourage one to look at if they feel they’re currently struggling with a poor relationship with food.
