18 - Stop Comparing Yourself To Other People

It’s a never ending fight and it can be draining. You can only be the best You can be. So focus on bettering yourself, and there’s no time to make any pointless comparisons. Comparisons breed jealousy, and it becomes a cancer that can spread and turn into a real issue. No one compares to you, so compete only with yourself and you’ll be a much happier human being!

Movement of God’s people (In my Bob Marley voice)! that line hits different after finishing that book. I started reading it a long time ago, and never finished and I feel so accomplished!
