Welcome to the podcast. In this episode, I discuss what the podcast is about, and a short introduction to me, I then talk about some of my feelings being a parents. It's not long, but a good way to get you started into what The Average Dad is about. I tell you a turning point in my parenting, and try to encourage you to realise you aren't alone!
