The most important thing you can invest in is YOU.  And did you know that what's separating you from the top 15% of highly successful, happy, and healthy people is the normal looking-after-yourself kinda shit that always seems to be slipping through your fingers? I'm talking drinking enough water, exercising, saying nice things to yourself, practicing gratitude, having great relationships and spending enough time outdoors. Oh, and can't forget EATING YOUR VEGGIES. What if I told you that these things could be so much easier to get to if you decluttered your house first? We've got so much shit in our way, distracting us, calling us names, and reminding us of things we don't even want to feel obligated to. I can help you get rid of shit you don't want so that you can curate a space that helps you get so much closer to becoming the kind of person you want to be. The kind of person who actually does their yoga every day, and remembers to take their vitamins, and usually knows what's for dinner - even in the midst of all the regular life chaos like kids and jobs and home improvements.  You can have it all! But you gotta get rid of the shit you DON'T want first.

Vacation's over folks! Time to get on up and do whatever the fuck it is you've been telling yourself you'll do someday. Cuz someday is TODAY. This week on the podcast I rambled my face off trying to tell you the ONE thing I'm working on that's helping me reboot and get back on the train. Not sure which train yet, but we're moving FORWARD and that's all that matters. In this episode I'm sharing a lil exercise I do (pretty frequently) to help me start taking action when I really just don't fucking feel like it.
