This show is here to provide support and guidance based on medical literature and best practice guidelines. As a mother herself, Dr. Blair Rolnick knows how hard it is to find answers and advice based on research that you can trust. As a pediatrician with specialty training in pediatric emergency medicine and a certified lactation consultant, she brings specialist training to the table and seeks to use strong medical evidence to empower parents on their journey through parenthood.
