Striving in chaos

Today we will be talking to Robert an English Major with a minor in Asian American studies at University of Houston, on how to better ourselves during this time frame. We will be talking about how to tackle our mental health as well as our physical health during the quarantine. As well as how to use this timeframe to better ourselves for the near future.
